I am coming back to minetown! I've decided to shut down Cola ltd, and I'm doing a fresh start. From Monday, Creeperville, Minetown Resort, Trainsideshop, Old Cola Clan base will all be put for sale under rent. Here is the prices: Minetown Resort: First payment- 2000 MTC, then monthly payments after that for 1450 MTC. Creeperville: 1750 MTC First payment, then 1300 MTC monthly. Trainsideshop: 450 MTC First Payment, 300 MTC after that monthly. Old Clan Cola Base- 750 MTC first payment, 650 MTC monthly after. Please note all of these places (Excluding old clan base) include a warp. To buy, mail me (AwesomeCola123) and say what property you want to buy. The payments will be made at the Redside Rental Office (Which is still being built) and it will be located at the first old Cola Ltd train station, Which is connected to the red railway track. WARNING : If you buy the property but don't pay the monthly rent, you will be given an eviction notice, and if your stuff isn't moved out you will NOT regain permission to get it.
